Yahoo releases DVR

Looks like Yahoo also introduced a Windows Media Center competitor. Yahoo Go.

The feature list is comprehensive: Use Yahoo Go to manage photos, search Yahoo videos, watch stored movies on your hard drive, listen to music and manage television shows via a full DVR (like Tivo or Microsoft Media Center). Yahoo Go is only available for Windows machines.

Yahoo introduces some cool stuff

I own a mac and love it, but use a PC at work and always wish stuff was more like a Mac. Well I ran across this yahoo offering which is a total rip off of Apple Widgets, but cool just the same. It brings Mac-i-ness to the PC world. Check it, don't wreck it.

Looking for flooring

I'm on a mission! A couple days ago I went with Sonia to get a tea at our favorite tea place, Fantasia Tea. We made an unexpected, by me anyway, visit to Aveda salon. Their floors were AMAZING! I want it for my condo! So I've been searching the web for the coolest wood flooring around. I ran across a cool website, iFloor.com. Great resource if you live around the San Francisco area.

Red Hot Chili Peppers Update

The Swan returns with a double album and the first single "Dani California" goes out today! MTV will be airing the video tonight at 10pm and on overdrive.mtv.com. The tour dates are available today as well. I've heard some of the songs from the Stadium Arcadium and it sounded good! I love the chili peppers and I enjoyed there last album, but I didn't think it was there best. I was afraid this new album would sound like more of the same, but Frusciante is using some different guitar sounds and the rhythim's sound different and more funky fresh.
