Being New
Being the new guy takes some adjusting. Luckily here at McAfee they are pretty nice and have similar habits as myself. They start the day around 9:30am. I just found out that I get a mentor! I have wanted a mentor since I began working in 1999, but I have always had to learn new web stuff on my own.

Ralphie boy, you've done a fine job of "learning new stuff on your own" thus far. I'm sorry that I wasn't able to be there for you more in the first days and weeks.
Your work has been excellent and you've demonstrated some great problem solving skills.You're a great addition to the team and I'm happy to have you onboard.
